Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the courier’s delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 24 hours by e-mail. Signing for goods accepts the goods into your care and confirms that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels. Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied, within 24 hours from delivery. Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 5 days from the expected delivery date. In the event of customer absence at the time of delivery, an attempt will be made by the courier to re-deliver another day. Any request to deliver to an alternative delivery address after repeated failed attempts by the courier, may incur extra postage charges to you.
